My Chicken Coop Stinks

0

The gas is formed when bacteria break down the nitrogen in chicken poop. this affects the beddings, litter, and air quality in a chicken house. some environmental conditions can increase the concentration of ammonia in a coop. the inspection of a coop for ammonia should be done regularly throughout the year.. Although there is no exact ratio for chicken to coop are but then the recommended ratio is one chicken per three square feet. well, the bigger space — the better. the same is true when it comes to neutralizing the smell. providing sufficient space for chicken in the chicken coop will lessen the accumulation of odor-producing waste.. My neighbor has a chicken coop that is bursting at its seams. the noise from the chickens is constant, and the smell is unbearable. can a person even keep chickens in residential zones? if so, are there limits on how many? i am hesitant to file a complaint because i am afraid my neighbor will take it personally and start a fight with me..
